All Brawlers in Brawl Stars will have the secondary Star Power in the upcoming huge summer update! You can unlock the secondary Star Power just as normal by obtaining them from the box If you are lucky or by getting it with 2,000 Gold in the Shop.
Star Powers do not stack. You have to choose one between two of them at a time.

Shelly’s Super shells slow down enemies for 3.0 seconds!
If her HP drops down to below 40%, Shelly will instantly return to full HP.
|Bear With Me|
Nita recovers 500 health whenever her bear hits an enemy. When Nita deals damage, her bear regains 500 health.
The bear attacks faster. Duration between swipes is reduced by 50%.
Colt’s movement speed is increased by 8%.
Main attack range and bullet speed are increased by 11%.
When Bull falls below 40% health, his reload speed doubles!
When Bull’s Health falls below 40%, he has a shield which can reduce all of the incoming damage by 30%.
Jessie can repair her gun turret for 800 of its missing health by zapping it with her attack.
Her Turret, now shoots out the energy orbs (just like Jessie), which bounce between the enemies.
The impact of Brock’s attack sets the ground on fire. Enemies in the area take 300 damage per second! Lasts for 2 seconds.

Dynamike can ride the blast wave of his explosives to jump over obstacles!
Mike’s Super gets 1000 more damage.
Bo spots enemies hidden in bushes from 100% longer distance than normally.
|Snare a Bear|
Bo traps now stun the enemies for 2s instead of knocking them back.
When Tick takes no damage and doesn’t attack, he starts recovering health 2.0 seconds faster than normal.
Tick’s reload time is 15% shorter.
Enemies caught in El Primo’s Super will burn for 800 damage over 4 seconds.
Speed +32%, lasts for 5s after El Primo uses his Super.
Barley regains 300 health from each attack.
Barley’s normal attack DPS +140
When Poco’s attack hits friendly Brawlers they now heal for 500 health.
Poco’s Super now can hit the enemies, dealing 1200 damage.
Rosa recovers 200 health per second when inside a bush.
Rosa’s punches +200 damage while using her Super.
Ricochet’s bullets, from attack and Super alike, get supercharged from their first bounce and deal +100 damage!
When Rico’s health falls below 40%, movement speed +34%
Darryl’s Super reinforces his barrel, reducing all damage he takes by 30% for 3.5 seconds.
After using the Super, he reloads 3 ammos instantly.
When Penny’s Cannon is destroyed, it shoots out one last barrage of 4 bombs targeting nearby enemies, each dealing 1680 damage.
|Balls of Fire|
Cannonballs from her turret sets the ground on fire for 3s, dealing 400 damage per second to the enemies staying in the burning area.
Carl throws his Pickaxe with 13% more speed, allowing it to travel faster and return faster.
While using the Super, Carl reduces all of the incoming damage by 30%
Piper’s attack deals +400 damage (at max range) when she’s hidden in a bush.
When she hits an enemy with her basic attack, reloads 0.5 ammo instantly.
Whenever Pam hits enemies with Scrapstorm, she heals herself and nearby friendly Brawlers for 30 health.
Healing turret now deals 300 damage per second to the enemies nearby.
Frank steals the power of a Brawler he defeats, increasing his damage by 50% for 12 seconds!
Bibi’s movement speed is increased by 15% when her Home Run bar is fully charged.
While the Homerun bar is fully charged, reducing all incoming damage by 30%.
Mortis reaps the life essence of Brawlers he defeats, restoring 1400 of his health.
Dash range is increased by 100% when the Dash bar is fully charged. Reload time: 3s. Start charging when all 3 dash slots are ready.
Tara’s Super cracks open a dimensional portal! A shadowy version of Tara appears and attacks her enemies.
The shadow version of Tara now heals her and teammates.
Gene heals all friendly Brawlers around him for 200 health per second.

Gene now can heal teammates for 2000 health by using the Super on them.
After using Super, Spike regenerates 500 health per second by staying in its area of effect.
Spikes from the cactus grenade now fly in a curving motion, making it easier to hit targets
Crow’s poison saps the strength of enemies, who deal 10% less damage while poisoned.
Normal attack and Super +100 damage Super, applying to targets (turrets and bots included) with 50% HP and below.
Trails When Leon uses his Super, he gains a 24% boost to his movement speed for the duration of his invisibility.
Recovers 600 HP per second while using his Super.

Quick Review for New Star Powers
If her HP drops down to below 40%(2016 HP) , she will instantly return to full HP. Bandage fully recharges in 20 seconds.
Brawlers that are able to deal more than 2016 damage per shot will have a better chance dealing against Shelly. For example: Dynamike, Tick etc.
Shelly’s Super, Bull, etc are still effective against Shelly as long as all of the bullets can hit her.
Nita: Hyper Bear
Basically, the bear will attack a lot faster, twice as normal, dealing 560 damage each attack. This makes her bear a lot more aggressive and cannot be ignored in any case.
Colt’s new Star Power is Magnum Special.
This Star Power increases his main attack range and bullet speed are increased by 11%. New attack range = 9.3 tiles (1.3 shorter than Piper).
His main attack is now more viable for long range fights due to the faster bullet speed.
Enemies will have a lot harder time to dodge his shots.
